This game.... this game hit me in a way I hadn't expected. I was laughing one second and in an existential crisis the next. I LOVE the way the game challenges current stuff and sensitive topics, honestly. Big claps for challenging some really common and annoying social habits some have that do more harm than good. And the mental health side of things, that was one thing I was worried about going in, having dealt with certain difficult mental illnesses and symptoms myself, but the conversations the characters can have are really good (unless you're just immoral and pick the most awful answers). Musicals are also one of my weaknesses, so you also won me over with that. My early 2000s emo heart is very happy right now.
This game was transgressive in ways I didn’t at all expect. I love the music and the art choices. It’s really a memorable game, with a lot of fun comedy and … relatable thoughts.
Is this gonna be on steam eventually? either way, 7 gigabytes is definitely a lot of bytes.

For me every time the download is about to finish it says Network Error. I have tried to re-download the game around 6 times now, and it takes about an hour each time, just to get stopped right before it finishes every time.
this sounds like an internet speed issue, it only takes me about 10 minutes to download, i just tried it and had my roommate try it as well. You might want to try using an ethernet cable, or going somewhere with stable internet to download. sorry the file is so big!
Well I am using Ethernet, and all the other downloads I've done aren't as slow, which leads to my issue. I'm not sure why it isn't downloading.

Same problem on my side in unbuntu.
edit: nvm made it work but I needed to use jar xvf instead of unzip
edit2: texts werent appearing in boxes but I just needed to install the fonts with winetricks

crazy how people in the comments are complaining saying this is child pornography when it's literally nonexistent cartoon characters with fully developed bodies, meant to symbolize actual real-life experiences in an artistic way. I mean, plenty of highschool movies do it too, they have adults play underage characters and show nudity, and people usually don't complain about those, why would a game be any different?
I am aware that some media with sexualized underage characters can be very harmful, like that one movie that sexualized actual children as a "critique" and failed miserably because of it. But there is nothing wrong with a videogame that makes fictional, adult characters play the role of a 14-year-old when they don't even look 14.
The people who are complaining about this game seem too stubborn to actually listen and try to understand the reasons the game is like this.
Oh btw haven't played it yet but decided to look at the comments beforehand and felt like voicing my opininon. Game seems promising tho!!

This awesome game was part of a 'pride bundle' a year or two ago and so got a lot of attention. It got some people mad and things escalated quickly in the comments. I have been a fan of this game since day one and love talking about it but equally I think it's a game that can push people's buttons and make them take to their keyboards angrily, which is what happened at the time (it was pretty shitty.)

Easily the best game on the bundle by far. An absolutely unforgettable experience, and I admire how unafraid it is to challenge the new social norms, and how it manages to handle crucial topics in both a humorous and serious way. That can be a hard thing to balance, but it was done wonderfully. Best indie game I've played in god knows how long. I really hope to see more!

Mind, I'm not from USA so most of the references and cliches are lost for me because (usa bitchy voice) it' sooooooo americaunnn.
I mean, moody assholes doing mass shootings only happen there, so I was more than happy to get Dorian electrocuted as much as I can, as many times as I can.
great music, great style, sold my soul, OF COURSE, but missed opportunity to get a gay sex scene between Dorian and Chad.

Even when on the desktop and with 7zip it's failing to open the archive.
Hmm, I'm not sure what the solution is as I haven't seen this issue before. Have you tried it on multiple computers? Sorry T_T I want help you be able to play!
Yeah so I've tried to download the archive multiple time and on multiple computers but it's not extracting.
I've ran it against WinZip repair tool and DiskInternals Zip Repair as well but each time files were missing.
I don't think it's an issue with my computer but rather with the ZIP itself. If you can could you please try to upload a new one (pretty please)?
What does the error message on 7Zip say? I downloaded and extracted it the other day and it worked okay. :)
My 7Zip did give me a warning that looked like and error, but I let it finish extracting and it worked without any problems.
